Zahir Scents Return and Refund Policy

At Zahir Scents, our commercial operations are rooted entirely in Islamic commercial jurisprudence and absolute transparency. Our policy is designed to uphold the mandate of mutual consent and fairness, ensuring every transaction is free from exploitation.

15-Day "No Questions Asked" Return Policy

We operate a 15-day return policy. You have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return for any reason, without having to answer any questions or provide a justification.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages, Defects, and Khiyar al-Ayb (The Option of Defect)

If your perfume is damaged in transit, leaking, features a malfunctioning atomizer, or fundamentally deviates from its described quality, we consider ourselves legally responsible under the doctrine of Khiyar al-Ayb (the option of defect).

Under this doctrine, the moment you discover a defect, you are granted the immediate right to entirely rescind the contract, return the item, and demand a full refund. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We are committed to honoring this religious and commercial obligation by providing a frictionless, zero-cost process to evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or Debit card company to process and post the refund too.
