1. Shipping Destination

We currently ship to all cities and locations across Pakistan only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Processing & Delivery Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

• 3–5 business days for standard delivery across Pakistan

• Remote areas may take slightly longer due to courier limitations

�� Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

3. Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping

A standard shipping fee applies to all regular orders. The exact fee will be displayed at checkout based on your location.

Free Shipping

Enjoy FREE shipping under any of the following conditions:

• Your order includes 2 or more perfumes

• Your total order value is Rs. 5,000 or above

• A free shipping promotion is currently active on our store

�� Promotional free shipping offers are time-limited and will be clearly announced on our website and social media.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp. You can use this to track your parcel through our courier partner's website.

5. Damaged or Lost Parcels

In the rare case your order arrives damaged or goes missing during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will coordinate with the courier and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer:

• Full refund – if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect

• Exchange – if you received the wrong size, color, or item

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

�� Sale items and customized/personalized products may not be eligible for return unless they are defective.
